Roasted ribs

Look for another excuse.

Not knowing how to cook will not work. Because in this recipe you only have to do one step: marinate.

The oven takes care of everything else, given that by using aluminium foil the steam slowly cooks the rack of spare ribs in its own juice. And the aromatic herbs, the paprika, the honey and the vinegar contribute to intensifying the incredibly delicious aroma.

Because, roasting the meat for an hour leaves it very tender and juicy.

At Carmencita, we like to cook ribs this way. First, because we have used herbs and spices instead of sauces with a ton of calories. And second, because it is a very easy recipe.

Take home the oregano, the rosemary, the sweet, smoked paprika and the Pink salt and three peppers grinder. With that, you will be able to enhance the flavour of your roast meats.
