Ingredients

50 ml warm milk
25 g fresh yeast
3 eggs
85 ml extra virgin olive oil
160 g sugar
Lemon zest
1 tablespoon Carmencita ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Carmencita Vanilla aroma
500 g flour of force
100 g dark chocolate
2 boiled eggs
Carmencita Vanilla sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix the yeast with the warm milk and reserve.
  2. In a bowl, add two eggs, the olive oil, the sugar, the lemon zest, and the milk-yeast mixture.
  3.  Add a tablespoon of cinnamon and vanilla flavoring, and the sifted flour over the mixture.
  4. Knead with a mixer and bowl to ferment for 1-2 hours.
  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and add to the dough.
  2. Knead again, round and shape a monkey by placing a boiled egg in half of the dough.
  3. Ferment for 1-2 hours.
  4. Paint with egg and add vanilla sugar on the surface.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180⁰ C
