Ingredients

1 onion
250 g of bacon
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
150 ml of cream
200 g of cream cheese
Carmencita Pizza & Pasta foodie Grinder
1 egg yolk
1 pie shortcrust
50 g parmesan cheese
1 egg

Preparation

  1. Cut the onion and bacon into thin strips and cook them with extra virgin olive oil for some minutes.
  2. Add the cream and cream cheese and season the mixture with the Pasta & Pizza Grinder.
  3. Cook it for 5 minutes, put it out of the fire and add an egg yolk.
  4. Cool the filling for 30 minutes, straighten the pie shortcrust, pour the fillng inside and laminate the parmesan over it.

5. Cover it with the other pie shortcrust and paint it with egg.
6. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200ºC.
