500 g of ground beef
1 onion
2 carrots
1 leek
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
250 g of beef broth
100 g of red wine
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
4 potatoes
30 g of butter
50 g of parmesan
Steak Grinder
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg grinder
Salt & Truffle grinder
White Pepper grinder

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, then cool them, peel, and mash them.
  2. Mix the mashed potatoes with butter, nutmeg, salt, truffle, and pepper.
  3. Chop the onion, carrots, and leek.
  4. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with olive oil until tender.

5. Add the ground beef and season; cook for a few minutes.
6. Add the red wine and beef broth; reduce the liquid.
7. Stir in the tomato sauce and cook briefly.
8. Transfer the meat to a baking dish, cover with the mashed potatoes, sprinkle with parmesan, and bake.
