2 aubergines
2 red peppers
1 onion
3 tomatoes
100 g of smoked codfish
1/4 glass of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
Salad with lavender grinder

Preparation

  1. Bake the aubergines, the red peppers, the onion and the tomatoes over a tray at 180º for 1 hour.
  2. Cool the vegetables, and then peel them and cut into strips.
  3. Mix with the olive oil, the codfish and the spices.
