Ingredients

1/2 spring onion
1 avocado
Carmencita Sea salt
200 g pasta
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Modena vinegar
10 cherry tomatoes
3 pickles
100 g marinated salmon
1 tablespoon Carmencita Guacamole Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Julienne the chives, cut the avocado in cubes, the tomatoes in quarters and the pickles in slices.
  2. Cook the pasta for 12 minutes in water with sea salt, and chill.
  3. For the vinaigrette, mix the olive oil with Modena vinegar.
  4. Assemble the pasta salad, season with the vinaigrette and guacamole seasoning.
