Ingredients

1 Chinese cabbage

150 g Iberian bacon

150 g spring onion stem

150 g prawns

25 ml soy sauce

25 ml sake

10 ml sesame oil

1 Carmencita Asian wok

Carmencita Mix 4 peppercorns

12 wafers for gyozas

Lime zest

Preparation

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into julienne strips, the Iberian bacon and the spring onion into cubes, and mix everything with the prawns.
  2. Marinate with the soy sauce, sake and sesame oil, and season with 1 Asian wok and the Pepper Potpourri Mill.
  3. Mix well and drain the juice.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wafers, place the filling and make a few folds around the edge to seal the gyoza.
  5. Place a steamer with parchment paper on the base and over boiling water.
  6. Steam the gyozas for 8 minutes.
  7. Finish by grating lime over them.
