Potatoes vinaigrette is one of the most famous from Cádiz area. A delicious tapa which combines the sourness of vinegar, the creaminess of the potatoes and the incredible flavor of the tuna belly. All of this combined with the powerful garlic and parsley flavor.

Ingredients

500 g of potatoes
Carmencita Sea salt
Carmencita Black Pepper
100 g of spring onions
30 ml de apple vinegar
100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
Carmencita parsley
Carmencita garlic ground
1 can of tuna belly

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes. Cocer las patatas.
  2. Chop the onion into a veri fine julienne. Picar la cebolla en juliana muy fina
  3. Make the vinaigrette with olive oil, apple vinegar, the parsley, the garlic ground and the salt. Hacer la vinagreta con aceite de oliva, vinagre de manzana, perejil, ajo en polvo, pimienta y sal.

4. Peel the potatoes and chop them. Pelar las patatas y trocearlas.
5. Add the spring onions and the can of tuna. Añadir la cebolla tierna y la lata de atún.
6. Dress it with the vinaigrette and let it cool. Aliñar con la vinagreta y enfriar.
