300 g of leek
600 g of frozen peas
650 ml of ham stock
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
Carmencita vegetable foodie grinder
Toasted ham
Crouton

Preparation

  1. Chop the leek and sauté them with the peas for some minutes.
  2. Add the ham stock and cook for 6 minutes.
  3. Season with the vegetable grinder and take the cream out of the fire.
  4. Add the cream cheese and grind it with a blender.
  5. Put it on a plate and decorate it with the toasted ham and the crouton.
