250 g of smoked bacon eggs
300 g cream
100 g of gruyere cheese
50 g of emmental cheese
1tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Carmencita salt and herbs grinder
1/2 teaspoon of Carmencita white pepper ground

Preparation

  1. Cover the mould with the shortcrust sheet, pinch it with a fork, and put some weight over it so it doesn’t grow, like some legume.
