One salmon loin, previously frozen.
Carmencita Smoked Salmon Seasoning.

Preparation

  1. Cover the base of a dish or tray with a layer of the smoked salmon seasoning.
  2. Place the salmon loin on top and cover it completely with more seasoning. Wrap tightly with cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 24 hours.
  3. Remove the salmon from the dish and brush off the excess seasoning. Rinse the loin carefully under running water. Pat dry thoroughly and place it in another container, again wrapped in cling film.
  4. Leave to rest in the fridge for a further 24 hours before consuming.
