1/2 spring onion
1 carrot
1 garlic
1/2 glass white wine
1 glass coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon Carmencita Curry
1/4 tablespoon citronella
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Coriander whole
1/4 teaspoon Carmencita Ground ginger
Carmencita Spicy salt
1/2 lime
1 kg mussels

Preparation

  1. Chop the spring onion, carrot and garlic.
  2. Sauté and add the white wine.
  3. >Let it reduce and add the coconut milk.
  4. Add the spices, mix and let reduce a little more.
  5. Season with spicy salt and lime juice.
  6. Add the mussels and let them open.
