2 avocados
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1/2 glass of water
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
30 g feta cheese
1 teaspoon Carmencita Basil
Carmencita Himalaya Pink Salt
1 tablespoon Carmencita Guacamole seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into large chunks.
  2. Add the vegetables to a blender with a glass of water, the olive oil, basil, Himalayan pink salt, the guacamole and sherry vinegar.
  3. Strain and plate.
  4. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, slices of avocado and the guacamole seasoning.
