2 passionfruits
Lime zest
1/2 Mango
Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Barbecue Giant Grinder Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cut the mango and the passionfruit. Pass the flesh of the passionfruit through a strainer to get rid of the seeds.
  2. Mix the passionfruit juice and the olive oil on a bowl. Season it with the Barbecue grinder and the zest of 1 lime.
  3. Slice the scallops and marinate them with the passionfruit saice for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the mango dices over it, aromatize it with th elime skin and add a tablespoon of the passionfruit marinade.
