Ingredients

2 leeks
1 burrata
25 g rocket
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic Modena vinegar
Carmencita Salt and truffle
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita White pepper
1 tablespoon Carmencita Picada catalana

Preparation

  1. Clean and cut the leeks and place them on a baking tray.
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 200⁰C.
  4. Mix olive oil, Modena vinegar, salt & truffle and white pepper in a bowl.
  5. Cut the leek into 2 cm pieces and plate with the burrata open.
  6. Add the rocket, picada catalana and the vinaigrette.
