2 potatoes

Extra virgin olive oil

3 eggs

Carmencita Himalaya pink salt

1 Carmencita Saffron powder

1/4 teaspoon Carmencita Smoked paprika de la Vera

30 g grated cheese

4 slices Iberian ham

2 tablespoons Carmencita Onion dried fried

Preparation

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them in abundant oil.
  2. Crack 3 eggs.
  3. Add the salt, the ground saffron and the paprika from La Vera.
  4. Beat and add the cheese, ham, chips and crispy onion.
  5. Cook the tortilla on both sides in a very hot pan with olive oil.
