250 g beef

1/2 spring onion

1/2 carrot

1 red pepper

1 celery

30 g shiitake mushrooms

250 g noodles

Carmencita Asia wok

Soy cress

Preparation

  1. Sauté the veal until it has browned well. Set aside.
  2. Cut the chives, carrots, red pepper and celery and sauté.
  3. Add the meat to the sautéed vegetables. Set aside.
  4. Boil water and soak the noodles.
  5. Add the noodles to the sauté of meat and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle on Asia wok seasoning and sauté.
  7. Plate and top off with the soy sprouts.
