Ingredients

1 onion
3 dried bay leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 glass of cognac
150 g crushed tomato
1 tablespoon Carmencita sweet Paprika
1 teaspoon of Carmencita Snails seasoning
150 g of Iberian ham
50 g of Iberian chorizo
1 kg of snails (already cleaned and deceived)
Carmencita Mediterranean Sea salt with herbs
1 glass of vegetable broth

Preparation

  1. Chop an onion and 3 cloves of garlic, fry in a pot with 1/4 glass of cognac.
  2. Add 150 g of crushed tomato, 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika, the snail seasoning.
  3. Add the Iberian ham, chorizo and snails (already washed and deceived).
  4. Sauté with the sauce and season with the sea salt with herbs.>
  5. Add 1 glass of vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.
