Ingredients

100 g of white chocolate
115 g of butter
325 g of flour
1/2 teaspoon of Carmencita sea salt
1 sachet of Carmencita baking powder
125 g of brown sugar
2 eggs
180 ml of milk
100 g of pistachio
1 tablespoon of Carmencita Golden milk

Preparation

  1. Melt the White chocolate and the butter using a water-bath and let it cool.
  2. Sieve the flour, the baking powder and the sea salt and set it aside.
  3. Whisk the White chocolate and butter mixture with the brown sugar. Add the eggs, the milk and the Golden Milk seasoning, and mix it well.
  4. Add the mix of sieved flour with a spatula and add the raw crushed pistachios.

5. Distribute the dough into moulds, filling them to ¾ of their capacity, and sprinkle them with crushed pistachios.
6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC and let it cool before serving.
