50 g zucchini
50 g aubergine
2 artichokes
5 studs
50 g cauliflower
1 teaspoon Carmencita ground Garlic
1 tablespoon Carmencita ground Onion
200 g rice
1 teaspoon Carmencita Paella Seasoning
1 L vegetable broth
Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt

Preparation

  1. Chop the vegetables into cubes, and the artichokes into quarters.
  2. Sauté 120 g of crushed tomato, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, until the water is reduced.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables, the rice and sauté with a teaspoon of Paella Seasoning.
  4. Add the liter of broth, cook for 15 minutes and season with sea salt.
