50 g Parmesan
4 anchovies
250 g mayonnaise
50 ml of water
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Carmencita Garlic salt
Carmencita Black pepper
1 teaspoon Carmencita ground Mustard
1 tablespoon Carmencita Onion powder
150 g lettuce
50 g croutons
Grilled chicken
100 g Parmesan
Carmencita Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. For the Caesar sauce, blend the Parmesan, anchovies, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and spices.
  2. Emulsify well and reserve.
  3. Plate the lettuce, the croutons, the roast chicken and the Parmesan.
  4. Add the sauce on top, mix and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
