Bean burger

Our recipe is a juicy alternative for eating pulses in a way different from the traditional one. An if you have children, it’s perfect! They can’t possibly resist.

To enhance the flavour we’ve used our steak seasoning and garlic powder.

1 onion

1 carrot

200 g red beans

1 egg

40g rice flour

1/2 tablespoon Carmencita Ground garlic

1 tablespoon Carmencita Bistec seasoning

mustard sauce

Hamburger ‘bread

Goat cheese

Lettuce

Onion

Pickles

Tomato

Ketchup

Roast potatos

Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion and carrot until soft. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, mash the red beans with an egg, the rice flour, the garlic powder and the vegetables. Season with the bistec seasoning.
  3. Use a mold to shape the hamburger and cook it with a little olive oil until it is done on both sides.
  4. Assemble the hamburger with cheese, gherkins, lettuce, onion and sauces, and accompany with our pocket roast potatoes.
