Ingredients

200 g cookies
100 ml milk
400 ml cream 35 % MG
150 g butter
100 g sugar
2 sachets Carmencita Curd
500 g cream cheese
1 tablespoon shredded semi-mature cheese
Strawberry jam

Preparation

  1. Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.
  2. Place the mixture at the bottom of a spring form mould.
  3. Press the mixture down and smooth it with the help of a tablespoon to form the base of the cake.
  4. Set aside in the fridge.
  5. Dissolve the two sachets of curd in 200 ml of cream and 50 ml of milk.
  6. Heat the rest of the milk and cream together with the sugar, cream and semi-cured cheeses stirring constantly.

7. Add the curd you have dissolved in the cream, continue stirring until it begins to boil and remove from the heat.
8. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
9. Let cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
10. Top it off with your favourite jam.
