150 g of oatmeal de avena
40 ml sunflower oil aceite de girasol
50 g of honey de miel
160 g varied nuts frutos secos varios
2 eggs huevos
4 tablespoons of seed mix
2 tablespoons of dehydrated blueberries
1 tablespoon of Carmencita sweet spices
1 tablespoon of Carmencita sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients until they form a dough.
  2. Put it over an oven tray with a greaseproof paper and compact it.
  3. Mark them with a knife giving them a bar-like shape.
  4. Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
  5. Cut with a knife on the places where you made the mark.
  6. Let them cool before eating the bars.
