1/2 Carmencita mix for Smoked Salmon
1 mackerel
1/2 avocado
20 ml apple cider vinegar
90 ml extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Carmencita Guacamole seasoning
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1/2 red onion
2 radishes
50 g of arugula and lamb’s lettuce

Preparation

  1. Marinate the mackerel 2 hours in the mix for Smoked Salmon.
  2. Mash the avocado with the oil, vinegar and Guacamole seasoning.
  3. Mix the vegetables in a bowl and finish with the smoked mackerel and the avocado vinaigrette.
