4 potatoes

170 g tuna

Sunflower oil

Carmencita Foodie Seafood seasoning

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon Carmencita Onion powder

1 teaspoon Carmencita Coriander leaves

1/4 teaspoon Carmencita ground Cayenne chili pepper

2 eggs

1 tablespoon Carmencita Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and fry in plenty of sunflower oil until they are very crispy.
  2. Cut the tuna into cubes and marinate in the soy sauce, sesame oil, onion powder, coriander leaves and ground cayenne pepper.
  3. Season the potatoes with the fish grinder & shell fish and fry two eggs.
  4. Serve the fried potatoes with the eggs and tuna tartare, finishing by sprinkling with sesame seeds.
