230 ml milk
25 g fresh yeast
1 egg yolk
30g sugar
220 g flour
200 g flour
1 teaspoon Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt
3 spoonfuls of sugar
8 g Carmencita Ground cinnamon bio
20 g creamed butter (butter at room temperature)
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons cream
2 egg whites
10 tablespoons Carmencita Icing sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix milk, sugar and yeast at room temperature until yeast breaks down.
  2. Add the extra virgin olive oil and the egg yolk.
  3. Add the flours and salt to the liquids and knead.
  4. Bowl and ferment for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  6. Stretch the dough with the roller forming a rectangle of 20 by 40 centimeters.
  7. Spread the creamed butter all over the base.
  1. Mix the Cinnamon pocket bio with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Roll up generating pressure.
  3. Cut slices of 3-4 centimeters.
  4. Ferment in a block inside the previously greased mold and with baking paper.
  5. Mix the egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of cream.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Mix the white and icing sugar with a whisk and, once the rolls are cold, glaze.
