180 g paccheri
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
150 g pancetta
2 shallots
1 glass of cream
1 glass of tomato sauce
1/4 glass of vodka
100 g Parmesan
Carmencita Pink salt and 3 peppers
1 teaspoon Carmencita Sliced Garlic
1 teaspoon Carmencita Spaghetti seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta for 12 minutes in water with the pink salt and 3 peppers.
  2. Mince the raw bacon and shallots and fry with olive oil.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, sliced garlic and spaghetti seasoning.
  4. Sauté and reduce the tomato sauce.
  5. Add the vodka and flambé.

6. Mix the cream and grated parmesan into the sauce until creamy.
7. Add the pasta and cook a few minutes in the sauce.
