Ingredients

3 medium squid
100g baby spinach
5 cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds Carmencita
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons sweet chili
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
2 cayenne chili pepper Carmencita
1 teaspoon ground garlic Carmencita
1 sachet of Asia wok Carmencita

Preparation

  1. Clean 3 medium-sized squid and cut leaving one side uncut and the other in rings.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, mirin, honey, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and a sachet of Asia wok.
  3. Cook the squid with a little olive oil and coat the squid little by little with a brush as it cooks.
  4. Sauté until it is well caramelised.
  5. Place the baby spinach, squid and halved cherry tomatoes on a plate.
  6. Garnish with sesame.
