500 g broccoli
2 eggs
50 g of almond flour
25 g Parmesan
Sea salt
100 g of mozzarella
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 purple onion
2 mushrooms
100 g chicken
1 tablespoon Carmencita Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita Steak seasoning
Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt

Preparation

  1. Triturate the cauliflower in a food processor until it is very fine.
  2. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, the almond flour and Parmesan, season and shape the base for the pizza.
  3. Before assembling, bake the dough for 20 minutes at 200 ⁰C.
  4. On the baked dough, add the tomato sauce, the mozzarella, vegetables, chicken and season with oregano and the Steak seasoning.
  1. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 ⁰C.
