Ingredients

2 kg mussels
2 shallots
1/2 leek
1 slice lemon
1 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
25 g butter
1/4 glass of white wine
8 Carmencita black Peppercorns
1 tablespoon Carmencita Fine herbs

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a pot.
  2. Add the shallots and chopped leeks, the peppercorns and the fine herbs.
  3. Sauté and add the flour, white wine and lemon.
  4. Cook until the alcohol has evaporated and add the mussels.
  5. Cover and cook on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Move the pot so that the sauce penetrates well.
