Nectarine and burrata salad

Sear the nectarines on the grill and add them to your burrata and ham salad to give it a touch of sweetness. Add Carmencita salt with truffle and oregano, and you will have a fresh, delicious salad.

150 g rockets and lamb´s lettuce
1 nectarine
1 burrata
50 g Iberian ham
30 g nuts
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Carmencita Salt and truffle
Carmencita Black pepper
1 tablespoon Carmencita Oregano

Preparation

  1. Cut the nectarines into segments and sear the segments on both sides.
  2. Plate the rocket and lamb’s lettuce with the nectarines and burrata on top.
  3. Add the walnuts, Iberian ham and season the salad with pepper, salt and truffle and oregano.
  4. Dress with extra virgin olive oil, break the burrata apart and mix before eating.
