Ingredients

250 g flour
1 egg
250 g butter
200 g sugar
1 tablespoon Carmencita Bio ground Cinnamon
Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt
5 apples
1 lemon
Carmencita Bio ground Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, the egg, 125 g of butter, 50 g of sugar, Bio ground Cinnamon and the sea salt grinder in a bowl.
  2. Knead until making a homogeneous ball and reserve in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Core the apples, cut into eighths and store in water with lemon juice.
  4. Make a dry caramel with 150 g of sugar and a few drops of lemon.
  1. Once the caramel is toasted and all the sugar is melted, add 125 g of butter and mix.
  2. Add the apples and the Bio ground black pepper, and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
  3. Place the apples on the base of the detachable pan and add the caramel.
  4. Stretch the dough that was reserved and shape the cake with the dough on the apples.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool before unmolding.
