200 g of dried tomatoes
2 dates
15 g Carmencita Pinenuts
1 sachet sliced Almonds
1 tablespoon Carmencita sweet smoked Paprika
1/2 tablespoon Carmencita Thyme
Carmencita Pink salt & 3 peppercorns mix
2 tablespoons of water
Honey to accompany and some toasts

Preparation

  1. In food processor, add the dried tomatoes with the oil, dates, pine nuts and almonds, the smoked paprika to give it a hint of Majorcan spicy sausage.
  2. Also add the thyme, pink salt, peppers and triturate with two teaspoons of water (if the emulsion is not coming out well, add a little more water until it is homogenous).
