250 g of iberian Pluma
2 spring onion
2 mushrooms
10 ml of sesame oil
10 ml of soy sauce
5 ml of oyster sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon of Carmencita sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon of Carmencita Coriander leaves
Carmencita vegetable grinder
20 dumpling wrappers

Preparation

  1. Mince the Iberian Pluma, the spring onions and the mushroom.
  2. Mix the meat, the vegetables, 1 egg, the soy sauce, the sesame oil and the oyster sauce on a bowl.
  3. Season it with the vegetable grinder and the sesame seeds.
  4. Fill the dumpling wrappers with marinated pork meat giving it a spherical shape.

5. Boil abundant water on a pot.
6. Steam the pork dumplings between 15 or 20 minutes.
