Ingredients

1 cauliflower
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
100 g of toasted pistachios
1 tablespoon of miso paste
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of Carmencita sliced garlic
1 teaspoon of Carmencita ground ginger
1 tablespoon of Carmencita sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower in florets and bake them with extra virgin olive oil over an oven tray at 180ºC for 25 minutes.
  2. Mix the miso paste, the honey, the soy sauce, the rice vinegar and the spices on a bowl until you get a sauce.
  3. Plate the cauliflower with the miso sauce and sprinkle the pistachios over it.
