1/2 glass extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons Carmencita Basil

1 teaspoon Carmencita Chopped Garlic

100 g Parmesan

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon Carmencita Iberian Pine nuts

Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt

1 glass water

100g spaghetti

Preparation

  1. Infuse the Basil and the chopped Garlic in the olive oil.
  2. In a mixing glass, add the Parmesan, the Iberian Pinion and the tomato paste.
  3. Add the infused oil and blend.
  4. Season with Mediterranean sea salt and add a glass of water.
  5. Blend until emulsified.
  6. Boil the pasta 8 minutes.
  7. Drain and mix with the sauce.
