Ingredients

500 g of gnocchi
250 g of cherry tomatoes
2 red onions
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Rock salt grinder Carmencita
Green pepper grinder Carmencita
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of capers
2 anchovy
1/2 teaspoon of tarragon Carmencita
1/2 teaspoon of basil Carmencita
1/2 teaspoon of garlic grinder Carmencita

Preparation

  1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, capers, anchovies, basil, tarragon, ground garlic and rock salt to your taste into the blender glass.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous sauce. Set it aside.
  3. Mix the gnocchi, the Cherry tomatoes, the cut onions, rock salt and green peppers to your taste and olive oil into a big bowl.
  4. Make the skewers alternating between gnocchi, tomato and onion.
  5. Cook the skewers on the grill for 8 minutes, turning them so they get cooked evenly.
  6. Plate the skewers and season them with the green sauce.
