400 g rice

1.5 L water

4 scampi

4 prawns

1 chopped squid

150 g tuna

100 g mussels

grated tomato

100 g extra virgin olive oil

1 envelope Carmencita Seafood paellero

Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt

Preparation

  1. Sauté the shellfish, squid and tuna.
  2. Add the grated tomato and fry it.
  3. Add the rice and the Paellero Carmencita and fry.
  4. Increase the heat, add the broth and boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the rest of the products and finish cooking over high heat for 6 minutes. And in the last 2 minutes, add the mussels so that they open.
