Ingredients

1 potato
1 carrot
1/2 zucchini
1 onion
100 g of spinach
80 g chickpea flour
1 tablespoon Carmencita Garlic-parsley
1 teaspoon Carmencita ground Cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita ground Cayenne
1 teaspoon Carmencita ground Nutmeg
1 greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Carmencita Curry
1/2 lime

Preparation

  1. Grate one of the vegetables and chop the spinach finely.
  2. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the chickpea flour and spices.
  3. Flatten to get a hamburger shape and bake at 180 ⁰C for 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, for the sauce, mix the yoghurt with the curry, garlic-parsley and lime.
