30 g butter
25 g flour
250 ml milk
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita ground Mustard
Carmencita Rock salt
Carmencita Green pepper
1/2 teaspoon butter
Bread
Emmental cheese
Cooked ham
40 g grated cheese
Sunflower oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita sweet Paprika “de la Vera”

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter and cook the flour with the butter a bit, add the milk and cook until it firms.
  2. Add the ground mustard, salt and green pepper and mix.
