1 kg chicken wings
3 tablespoons Carmencita Barbecue seasoning
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
150 g corn starch
2 red onions
Carmencita Garlic grinder
1 tablespoon Carmencita Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Carmencita ground Cayenne chili pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons honey
Carmencita Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken with the barbecue seasoning and the extra virgin olive oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat in corn starch and fry.
  3. Finely grate the red onions and fry in olive oil.
  4. Add to the onion, garlic, ginger, cayenne, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, mustard and honey.
  5. Cook the sauce and glaze the chicken wings.
  6. Decorate with sesame seeds.
